Description

The FOX DART Tanto G10 Black FOX Karambit Knife was co-designed by Doug Marcaida and Lad Mandiola with FOX Knives Italy.

The Karambit is a very functional knife born in the Indonesian archipelago with roots in Malaysia and the Philippines. Use is documented as working tools and as a pocket knife, right from 'XI century. Although it is said to have been "imported" in the U.S. in the late nineteenth century its official introduction dates back to the mid-twentieth century, while the popularity as a knife for martial arts (Silat Penack disciplines such as Indonesia, Malaysia and Bursilat Filipino Kali) began in the decade from 1970 to 1980. The Karambit is identified as three tools in one: utility knife, knife martial art and self-defense knife if necessary. On the back of the handle is a clip.

- Ergonomic Handle Design fits Forward and Reverse Grip perfectly
- Can be carried for Reverse or Forward grip deployment
- Total Ambidextrous opening
