The Elite Series Medium Blade Microplane grater is the best choice for grating chocolate, apples, both mature and soft cheeses and vegetables. You will obtain small and elegant flakes that will enrich and embellish sweet salads and any dish. The Elite Series of which this grater is part differs from the others not only for the design but also for the very comfortable tray which has multiple functions. We find a graduation to dose the grated up to 250g and protects the Microplane Grater when stored.
