Description
Use the WMF lemon scraper made of partially brushed Cromargan® 18/10 stainless steel to peel the finest decorative strips of limes, lemons and oranges. Give delicious desserts, salads and soups a refined dry aroma or garnish long drinks and cocktails with the zest.
The thickness of the peel stripes depends on the angle at which you place the scraper on the fruit - the bitter white peel still remains on the fruit.
Equipped with a practical eyelet for storing it on a hanging bar with hooks.
