Marga Mulino is the only car with which both bows and cereal flour can be prepared in a few minutes. It can be used both for tender grains such as oats, barley, rye, tender wheat, and for hard grains, such as spelled, kamut, rice and buckwheat.
Marga Mulino works by means of three rollers that run at differentiated speeds . The distance between the rollers, determined by a regulator, defines the type of processing that will be carried out: position 5-6, to obtain cereal flour, positions from 1 to 4 to obtain different finishing cereals.
